100% Natural · After the box arrives

What happens
after you have paid.

The box arriving is where the work starts, not where it stops. How much to use and how often, who answers when it goes wrong a month later, and what you are still holding once the bag is empty.

Reason II · Know how to use it

You know how to use it.

Dosage, frequency and guidance for the plants you actually grow.

A good input used wrongly is a wasted afternoon and a disappointed plant, and most packaging leaves you to work it out alone. Ours does not. Our product pages tell you how much — in grams, for a pot of a stated size, not a vague handful — how often to repeat it, and what to do differently for a balcony pot, a terrace bed, and open ground. Where a rate is not settled yet, as with Seaweed Granules today, the page says so instead of guessing. It tells you what not to combine, too: Neem Flakes and Cow Manure are kept seven to ten days apart rather than applied in the same week. One 1.5 kg bag of Neem Flakes covers thirty to fifty medium pots at the stated rate. You will not have to guess, and you will not have to buy twice.

Reason V · After the sale

We stay after the sale.

Questions about dosage, results, or what to use next — we reply within one working day.

Most of what goes wrong in a garden goes wrong about three weeks after the delivery, which is exactly when most sellers have stopped answering. Write to us then. Ask whether the white crust on the surface of your pot is a problem, whether to repeat a dose early, whether the thing you tried last season is the reason this one is struggling. A person reads it and a person answers — not a form, not a bot, and not a reply telling you to consult a professional. Between the Growing Guide and Plant Match there is a great deal you can work out on your own at midnight — but on the evenings when you would rather just ask somebody, there is somebody.

Reason VII · What arrives is not what you bought

The purchase carries something beyond the bag.

The courier brings a bag. What you came for is a decision you can explain to yourself later — appropriate, not merely available.

A shop that wants you back forever has reasons to stay vague: a blend with no proportions, a name you can only buy in one place, a guide that stops being useful the moment the bag is empty. We went the other way deliberately. Each bag names its material and its dose in grams, specific enough that you could source the same thing elsewhere and know what you were getting. Plant Doctor, Plant Match and the Growing Guide need no purchase, and they do not expire when the bag does. What outlasts the bag is the part you keep: what your soil actually needed, what you changed, and what happened next. If that eventually means you need less from us, that is the correct outcome, and we are not going to design against it.

YoursWhat you work out does not expire with the bag

Now that it is here

The dose is on the page, not in your head.

Grams, pot size, how often, and what not to combine with what — the Growing Guide carries it for all seven, so none of it has to live in your head or in a screenshot. If what you need is not in there, write to us and a person answers within one working day.

One working day. A human, not a form. Nothing here expires with the bag.
