You are sending money to people you have never met. Ask everything.

The question
“Do you even deliver to my area?”
Every state and union territory can be chosen at checkout — no region is excluded before we have looked at it. Whether a carrier can reach your PIN is decided at fulfilment, and if it cannot, you are told, and nothing is charged.
The question
“Will a surprise charge appear at the end?”
No. Whatever you pay — your items and any shipping for your PIN code — is shown on screen at checkout before you place the order. Nothing is added after.
The question
“I don’t want to pay online for something I haven’t seen.”
You don’t have to. Cash on delivery is one of the payment options — choose it at checkout and you pay only when the parcel reaches you.
The question
“Why don’t you offer free shipping?”
Because we would rather show you the real number than take it back later. If shipping applies to your PIN code, you see it at checkout before you confirm.
The question
“What if I press the button twice?”
You are not charged twice. A repeated submission is recognised as the same order rather than recorded as a second one.
The question
“Who do I talk to if something feels wrong?”
A person. Write to us about anything unclear on your order and a person answers within one working day. There is no automated queue between you and an answer.

How an order moves · Five steps

Step 01
You see the full total first
Your items, and any shipping for your PIN code, are shown on screen at checkout before you place the order. Nothing is added afterwards.
Step 02
You place the order
It is given a number and a receipt, and you see both immediately. If either is missing, we do not tell you the order was placed.
Step 03
Your details are recorded with it
Your delivery address and phone are stored against that order number, so the parcel and the person are never held apart.
Step 04
Dispatch
Not published yet
We will not print a number of days or a courier name here until Prahas can keep it for every PIN code it accepts.
Step 05
Delivery, and you pay

If you chose cash on delivery, you pay when the parcel reaches you. Tracking is not offered, because no tracking exists on an order today and a tracking promise we cannot keep is worse than none.
