You may use this website to learn about our products, use our gardening tools, and buy from us. Please do not misuse it — for example, by trying to break it, copy it wholesale, or place orders that are not genuine.
Our products are 100% natural soil inputs sold as practical tools, not miracles. The guidance on this website — including Plant Doctor, Growing Guide and Plant Match — is general gardening help given in good faith. Plants, soil and weather differ, so results are not guaranteed. Always follow the usage instructions for each product.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.
When you place an order you receive an order number and a receipt. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if your PIN code cannot be reached by a courier, or if an order appears not to be genuine — and if we do, you will not be charged.
Cash on delivery is one of the ways to pay. The full total for your order — products and any shipping — is shown on screen at checkout before you place the order.
Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the courier and the delivery speed available for your PIN code, and are shown at checkout. See Shipping & delivery.
We do not accept returns of delivered products. If a parcel never reaches you, we put it right. The details are on our Returns & refunds page.
If you create an account, please keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The words, images, product names and designs on this website belong to Prahas Earth or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us.
We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver what you order. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
21% of Prahas net profit supports Asha Bhawan Trust, Gurgaon. Net profit is what remains after all taxes and business expenses are paid.
